日本の小学校、親子料理教室、オーストラリアの学校、ジャマイカでの食と音楽の交流。発酵の種を、こどもから、地域から。食と音を通して、笑いあう時間を積み重ねてきました。 From Japanese elementary schools to parent-and-child classes, from Australian classrooms to the streets of Jamaica — planting the seeds of fermentation, in children, in neighborhoods. Through food and music, we've built shared time with people of every age, in every kind of place.
